My Ecas change with medical received, does it means i pass eligibility?

Hi,

According to my case I would say your eligibility is already "PASSED" because my file was on the second review when I ordered my GCMS notes, medical haven't start yet. After the due date for the second officer review my file they requested my medical exam with "ELIGIBLE" letter. I would suggest you to order the GCMS notes to see what happened. Let see what other say.

Thanks for your reply i am also pass through second review due to my role and responsibilities. i got mail to and the vo mention this statement " only one things is pending that letter of intent to live outside of quebec" i send it on 6 Monday and today my ecas change "medical received "
i did upfront medical and pay RPRF fee in

It's really nice to hear then, All we have to do is just wait for the PPR. So be patient my friend's eventually you will obtain PR
