Hey guys, I think 'In Process' Mystery will get solved in this week only. We should give some time to CIC to clerify this Status.....Even my detail status shows only two statements one for recv date and one for PER date..... Extra line for RBVO / In Process date is not mentioned.... Outside status shows In Process..... I think they hav ejust added this status just to show the applicant that they must have send the application to respective VO and they can now expect the status of RBVO..... You can consider the time taken by normal mail/post from canada to your respective VO and add 4 more days to it to estimate the time lines to change the status..... As i am from ND VO i think i should wait for 15 days more b4 checking the status... If the status doesnt change after 15 days also i.e. 24th Oct'11, I can say that the status is really of In Process by VO.....

Praying to see 'In Process' status only after 15 days but in back of the mind hoping to see atlist 2nd AOR statement in detail status.

Your statement may be applicable for post june applicants. We are pre june applicants and in this condition for many many weeks. Our scenario is totally different and cannot be solved in a week.

Hello all,

I am a post June 2010 applicant.

My status is also "IN PROCESS".

It says...

We received your application on date XYZ

Your application is transferred to NDVO on date XYZ

Your application is reviewed and started processing on date XYZ.

Yash

congratulations yash,

You may expect your MR very soon...... :) All the best for your medicals...

AVSNEH statement I think is for July 2011-onward applicants :D

Because a lot from us were surprised by this very fast 'In Process' ecas status. Most almost got it: With or without PER, With or without RVBO, as long as you have access to ecas you get it (I think so) ;)

i AM ALSO PRE JUNE APPLICANT MY E CASE IN PROCESS WITH RBVO DETAILS

For me there is additional line "we started processing your application on XXXXX date"

Then its great!! Congrats sho!!!

Is that date after your PER received date??

:) no its funny even that date is same as PER date :).

My understanding is this is not the actual "In Process"

I heard from a reputable lawyer office that e-cas is not 100% reliable.
I read somewhere it is updated by third party.
Whatever it is, it is creating confusion.
Seniors may comments and throw some light on this topic.

Hello guys, I'm also in the same vain. My status is showing 'in process' since 15 February, 2011 but the details inside are same as RBVO. I asked with the VO and got strange reply from them that my file is still under review. It means, we all who are in this status with RBVO details are not in real in process. God bless to all of us.

Regards,
sushilmuna.

I also got the in process in FEB 2011 with RBVO details in it....

Hi friend

IN PROCESS WITH RBVO details is just a CIC LOLLYPOP NOTHING ELSE. mEANS THEY HAVE NOT STARTED ANY KIND OF PROCESS ON YOUR CASE.

IF CASE IS IN PROCESS AND INSIDE DETAILS MENTIONED " WE HAVE REVIEWED YOUR FILE AND START PROCESSING ON DATE XXXXXXX " THAT MEAN ACTUAL PROCESSING, IN THIS CASE YOU CAN EXPECT MR WITHIN 1-2 MONTHS OR SO.

SO IF CASE IS RBVO OR IN PROCESS WITH RBVO DETAILS THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE.

Seniors/friends please guide .

Its being 40 days that i got my first PER against my FSW application with details that my application will be forwarded to london visa office.

Now after 40 days my ecas is showing " In Process" with only inside details that " your application of permenant residence was received on date XXXX"

What does it means ?

regards

Our timelines are exactly same...i applied 1 week before u...B.D got charged 1 week later than u....got PER before you and also got 2nd AOR just before you did...now status is RBVO...desperate to see the word "In process" which seems elusive from the last 2 months :(
pls stay in touch

CIC is very flexible; if they can’t meet the deadline they will keep extending the same. But don’t hold on your plans like career, personal ect…

However they give 2 options; we can wait till they get time to look at our applications or withdraw the case.
