ecas help

Hi all;
I have a question. I used to check my status in ecas and it says in process. when i click on it, there is one line says we have receive your application on Jan 2013. But now when i check ecas, it says We were not able to identify you using the information you provided!
What does that mean? why my status is not up there any more!

I am having the same problem as yours. Cannot check my application since last Monday.

That happens every now and then. Give it a few days and try again. It will come back, not sure why
that happens.
