Hi all;
I have a question. I used to check my status in ecas and it says in process. when i click on it, there is one line says we have receive your application on Jan 2013. But now when i check ecas, it says We were not able to identify you using the information you provided!
What does that mean? why my status is not up there any more!

Don't worry, it happens. Just leave it for a few days.

Don't know.

My ECAS status did that a few times during the process but there was never anything different when it came back on.
