Can you? My Ecas only started 18 days after my review process started on the my cic. So I was wondering can you get rejected once you gain Ecas access?
Yes Ecas access is just a way to track your application whatever may be the outcome, in process is no guarantee of a positive decision at all, countless examples on this forum
