I'm so confused about our application can someone shed some light on it
Feb 23 we mailed our application was received Feb 24
we got an Ecas update saying this (decision made)
"We received your application to sponsor PABLO ALEJANDRO PEREZ DIAZ on February 24, 2011.
We started processing your application on March 24, 2011.
We sent you a letter on March 24, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We returned your application with a letter on March 24, 2011. You may re-apply or resubmit your application when the information requested is provided. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

So we waited for a letter then on April 10 we logged on again and under application received
"We received XXX XXX XXX's application for permanent residence on April 4, 2011."
We have received no letter or anything and mail was sent march 24.... I want to know if I was able to sponsor my husband, I wonder why it says it was sent back but then the application was received ...
Also April 13 it shows my address and name now what does this mean? Are they working on my husbands application?
(I noticed they didn't have my house number on my address and I can't call the call center as I am here in Guatemala with my hubby, I have sent an email to the Canadian consulate here but for over a year whenever i contact them I have yet to hear from them.... hope they get my house number added and we get a letter soon so we can know if PR application is in process!)
Plus we want my hubs client id number all we have is the receipt number!
Anyone with ideas about what is going would be really helpful, thanks so much for your help!
