Ecas and AOR

Hey everyone,
i got my AOR on 18th Feb i log in to my ECAS and on the first day i was able to just see two things.
1) on the sponsor side, it says file is in process
2) on pr side, it says application received.

But Today i can see another line but not on the sponsor side,its on the pr side stating that medical results have been received.

My question is does this means my file is transferred to the visa office? or its just that Mississauga is collecting my documents and then they will send to the Visa office?

Have you done your medical upfront? This just means that they have received the results and now it is joined together with your file. Your file won't be sent for PR processing until you receive Sponsor Approval.

As you received you AOR1 In 18 this month, Its says that the file was sent to the visa ofice right? if not theres 2 letters
cominig to you one the aprove of the sponsor and then the AOR1 wich you say you have, so in that leter they should
be tellin you that your file was transfer.
