Ecas address gone

Hi Guys, I logged into ecas using my hubbys info and his address is gone..should I be worried? Does anyone know what this means? When I log in using my info, my home and mailing address are still there...im kinda concerned something is wrong. I ran out of patience ages ago and surviving on grace..not ready for another blow from CIC...can anyone give me a heads up please guys.??????

It is a normal occurrence - do not worry.

Some system glitch.. no worries.. mine was gone several times. goes and comes .. again vanished these days..

It happened to me once as well. I called the call centre and the guy there told me it was fine, it was still there in the system.
