ECAS Access

Hey all, when does ECAS become active after you have submitted your application? I tried accessing it, but it gave me an error message :-[

Its a shot in the dark whether you even get access to ECAS sometimes. My AOR is Dec. 14 and I've never had access to ECAS. Still get an error message when I try.

ECAS was removed from EE applicant since last November,you will never be able to access it
