Ecas 5th line "we sent you a letter..." After ppr and application closed

Hi guys. I check the stages of process religiously while going through this to stay ahead of the game, however i have never seen this..

ppr has been sent to local visa office, I received a ghost email Friday 23 and my application was closed and approved in mycic, however I also received a 5th line in ecas saying
we sent you a letter on October 23, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting etc etc...

Is this my copr? The tracker on my return hasn't been activated yet, surely they don't need more paperwork from me after closing the app?!!!

I recieved the same 5th line yesterday. Plz update what was it

I know this is a very old thread but could anyone tell me what this 5th line was about after PPR submission as I am in the same situation.
