I applied for express entry and got invitation. But my WES is on HOLD as they said they didn't receive my masters transcript. I have send the transcript1 month ago, but they didn't receive it. Is it going to affect my application?

You have 60 days from now to finish your application. You should probably resend the transcript again so they can continue the process, I am not sure how long they will take to process after holding it off. You can call them and find out after they receive your transcript.

I think they take 20 business days from the time they receive all your documents.
