ECA - Surname mismatch in credentials and passport

Hi Friends,

Please help me in clarifying this below concern.

Passport Name : Sunil Hari
Certificate Names(both UG & PG) : Sunil H

Should I create WES account with Sunil H/Sunil Hari. Will this create a problem during the WES credential assessment. ?
Should I attach any affidavit along with the transcript ? Can someone guide me. ?

create WES account with details as per education documents. include notarised same name affidavit in document submission at post ITA stage.

I am also having same problem with my wife's Passport and WES surname. I have created EE profile as per passport surname. But do they accept different surname on WES report while picking draws for ITA?

This is the correct approach. I did the same and got PR without any issues!

Hey guys you might be able to help me, so I am in the middle of post ITA process. As per my WES report my name is mentioned as SINGH, Vijay. In my passport my given name is Vijay Singh but no surname/family name. do you think it can cause a problem because in my passport there's no family name but on my WES report the SINGH is highlighted? kindly help I am in the middle of post ITA process. thanks
