ECA result from WES

Hi All,

Please help me on below

I have recently received a ECA result from WES which says

Canadian Equivalency Summary
Diploma (two years) & Diploma (three year)

So, what to i need to choose at the time of determining my eligibility for an express entry profile and also during express entry profile creation.

Will i get marks for both the diplomas?

You will get points for three year Diploma. You can claim 21 points for your education

i also have one more doubt, please see if you can clarifiy

My ECA has remarks on top which says " The names on one or more of the academic credentials submitted for evaluation differ from the name indicated above"
this happened because there was a typo error at the time of filling WES application form and there is one extra alphabet added to my name.

Do i need to have it correct or is there any alternate way to fix this problem.

Please suggest.
