ECA result confusion - Help

This is my Question:
I am in the process of applying for Canadian PR and in this regard I got my educational credentials assessed by WES and I got my report from WES on October 26, 2015 and my WES order number is :2XXXXXXX. I submitted my Bachelors and Masters credentials for assessment and each of them were separately assessed as Bachelors (three years) and Bachelors (four years) respectively. The Canadian Equivalence Summary on my ECA report just says Bachelors (four years) while the summary should actually say Bachelors (four years) and Bachelors (three years). It is important that the Canandian Equivalence Summary be corrected to reflect two Bachelors, otherwise I shall not be able to claim points in my CRS for ''two or more degrees''. Request you to please consider my request to update my ECA Canadian Equivalence Summary to reflect the correct summary.

WES will update the summary once a duplicat copy of the evaluation is ordered.

WES will update the summary once a duplicat copy of the evaluation is ordered.

It is ridiculous that WES is charging you to update the Canadian Equivalence Summary, they are just trying to cash in on the situation you are in. In fact, at least I know of few cases from this forum (do not remember the names) where they got their summary revised by WES, but I am not sure whether they were charged for it.

Now, there are two ways of dealing with this situation.

1. Submit your existing ECA report as part of your eAPR, but claim points for 'Two or more degrees...' as each degree has been assessed separately and they have assessed each them as separate Bacehlors. Submit a Lettr of Explanation for the discrepancy in the summary.

Or

2. Pay WES and get the summary corrected.

I am ready to Pay the fee to WES for updating my Summary. but in the WES reply i see this below point.

it means even i request for a updated copy with extra pay, i will get the same report right???

I understand From WES reply that there is no error in Summary on my ECA report.

Even If i apply for updated Summary with extra $30, i will get the same summary of report(i.e one Bachelor Degree). No point in applying.

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong...

They have clearly mentioned that they will update the summary once you order a duplicate report. Please refer to the following sentences in their email.

In order to receive your previously completed evaluation report with the updated equivalency summary, you will need to apply for an extra copy of report

Hi stanlee..i have done my BBA through distance learning from Karnataka University. Do they consider distance learning degree for ECA report??..How can i see the recognised University list? and will cic accept that ECA report for EE?
