ECA Requirements

i have a doubt about the documents required for ECA.

1, Attested copy of Degree Certificate and all mark lists
2, International Transcript request form.

Only above mentioned documents are needed, Do we need Marklist transcript along with this..??

Is there any prob if i send documents 1 & 2 and marklist transcripts ?

I am Vicky Singh,applicant signing in for express entry and need my academic documents to be reviewed by wes.
1. Could you please confirm if there is any provision to send just the soft copy (scanned copy) to get the ECA done? (To avoid courier)
2. Can I send the courier directly to wes or my university has to send ?
3. To get the wes report, can I give one of Canadian's friend address staying in Mississauga? So that he can scan and send me...or will i need hard copy of this report antwhere while registering for express
entry.
