ECA REPORT - URGENT

Both the ECA reports are torn.

1) Can I use that ECA report after fixing it somehow or I need to order a duplicate copy?
2) if yes, How can I order duplicate copy of that? and how many days it take to receive in India?

I don't think that you should use the torn report after fixing it. Better order duplicate reports. You can order it online (if ECA is from WES). Don't know about others.

contact the awarding body of the ECA and tell them you need additional copies and if they can send it yo you via fedex or dhl.
