Hi!

I am in a similar situation right now-

WES has evaluated my diploma and a tech qualifications as ‘BE degree (four years)’.

I read that WES made a change in one case and evaluation was then made as ‘ Diploma (2 years) and BE degree (four years)’.

Whom did you contact?
How long did it take WES to correct this ‘mistake’?

Please let me know ASAP.
Thanks!

Hi All,

I have sent a query regarding this to WES and they reevaluated my credentials and issued a new report stating my summary as Diploma 2 Years and Bachelors Four Years. Now i can choose two or more option without any doubt.

Hey!

Whom had you contacted and how long did this process take?

WES can take around 35 business days to change the evaluation.

I have the following qualifications:

- 3 year bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance
- after receiving my bachelor's degree, obtained my ACCA certificate (I am an ACCA member)

Does the second above count towards the additional diploma or degree? Appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Were you supposed to do a full-time or part-time course to obtain your ACCA membership?

Were you awarded a certificate of completion of course? Was that certificate equivalent to a PGP?
I was awarded a certificate from ACCA of completion and obtaining a verification letter from the college for this study. I'm not sure if it is equivalent to a post graduate, but I think it might not be... it is more of a cert to qualify as a chartered accountant

I am not sure. You can always get it evaluated. Even if ACCA certificate is not recognised, you will receive points for your bachelor degree.

I'll give it a chance and then update it here the results, in case it helps someone in future
Thank you!

Please read WES blog in the link provided above. It says something about ACCA.

But you can always give it a try. It won't cost u more if u get it evaluated with your bachelor anyway.

Some 6 month courses are also evaluated as one year programs. Depends on the program and university. But yes norm is 1 year.
so if a 6-month diploma program is verified as 6 months (not 1 year), it wont be counted in? please advise thanks.
so the duration is a hidden requirement?
