ECA report submission - need advice

got my ECA ..
it says equivalency to canadian master degree.
so does it mean that i will get 23 points from my education ?
how much time it will take to reach india from wes canada?
standard mail it is. and i left on 5th sept.
kindly guide me..

Yes, it means 23 points for education. Not sure about the mail time.

I am from Pakistan. I want to submit my documents for ECA to WES (wes.org). I have one confusion if someone can clarify. I have done my Matric (9th/10th) & F.Sc. from DG Khan Board of intermediate & Secondary Education. However, as mentioned on the WES website that they only evaluate the educational institutes mentioned in the list provided by them. My Bachelor degree institute (UET Lahore) is in the list. However, Metric & F.Sc. institute is not in the list. Can someone guide me how to pursue this? Many thanks for your help!
