ECA Report: Photocopies or Originals

Please can anyone tell me if photocopies or original ECA report is needed for submission to CIC??

CIC accepts only Original copies from WES.

CIC accepts only Original copies from WES.

You can include a photocopy only if had already sent originals and you're application was rejected / refused by CIC...also you need to attach a copy of covering letter sent by CIC/

No Problem....good luck ! I guess WES sends two copies of the report, which should still leave you a spare copy.
