Hi, hope so every body reading it would in the best of his/her health and stead.
My question is do we need all of educational documents to get assessed or the highest degree.

The general principle is that you need to evaluate only your highest degree.

However for some people they are worried that the evaluation outcome will be different from what they expected (e.g. WES considered certain master degrees to be equivalent to Canadian Bachelor, etc.). In that case they will also evaluate the bachelor, so that they have 'two bachelors', which is better than 'one bachelor'. It's totally your own judgment.

Well in that case brother, I guess secondary education documents are unnecessary. I shall go for my grad ones.

secondary is unnecessary to be honest, But I think for some countries they were required if I'm not mistaken

Once you pick an agency (WES, for instance), always check what that agency requires from you first, e.g. transcripts, diploma copy etc, in order to process your ECA. It depends on what country your college is located in.
