ECA REFERENCE NUMBER for Express Entry Profile

Hello Everyone,
I do have an ECA reference number, but my application is still in process. Hopefully, it'll take one more week to get my results. Should i apply now with my reference number or should i wait for my ECA results ? Any thoughts?

Hi. Sorry to barge in. My wes has completed the report. I can see the report online. But i am yet to get the hard copy. Should I create profile with the reference number?
