you will need to send all your graduation and post graduation certificates including detailed mark sheets of each semester/year sealed and attested by your university.

I agree with cjs.

All degree's coursed from Universities that too listed on WES portal one should must get done ECA for those.

Like in India - B.com / MBA like Pune University - Mumbai University are listed on WES portal.
