eca query about 2 or more degree and diploma

recently my eca report has arrived. it shows the following:

credential 1

country of education: India

Name of degree: bachelor of arts

name of institution: university of burdwan

equivalency in Canada: Community College Diploma (3 yrs)


credential 2


country of education : India

name of degree: master of arts

name of institution: university of burdwan

equivalency in Canada: bachelors degree (3yrs)

my question is am i qualifying for 2 or more degree and diploma with one being 3 yrs, to claim points in fsw and express entry??

You can go for two or more degrees as three years bachelors and one or more years of diploma or degree
In summary they always write the highest degree so don't go by that

We cannot tell you whether or not you can select "Two or more..." until you tell us what it says under Canadian Equivalency Summary at the top of your report.

Not at all true. If your education is assessed as 2 separate qualifications, they will be written separately in the summary.
