ECA process ...pls help ?!

I am from India with bachelor, master's degree. I have these set of questions to ask ...pls help...
--> I already have transcripts from date of passing. Should I apply for new transcripts from my universities for sending to WES
-->My college was autonomous when I passed(WES accepts from autonomous college and my college is in their list ) out but not now. So are my old transcripts valid or should I apply new from affiliated university so that WES would accept them.
--> should only register/controller of examination should attest transcript? Can Dean also do that ??

Are they in sealed envelope? If not, get a new one.

Usually transcripts should re-issue them and send directly to WES.

Most of the universities are aware of WES and what they want. It is recommended that you also include the transcript request form which can be downloaded from WES's website and include it in the sealed envelope.

Do not rely on the university to send the sealed envelope to WES. Simply, take the sealed envelope and call DHL. They have a discounted scheme when sending to WES. Also include a copy of your degree in another envelope. Ask DHL to get the plastic tamper proof envelope and put the two envelopes in that packet and get it sealed in front of you.

If you're sending your masters and bachelors degrees both, ensure they arrive together or else WES won't start with the process of evaluation.

I am Iiit Hyderabad . It's a deemed university. So I have apply new now and seal them and send is it ??

You just need to apply using a prescribed format --> pay a fees to the examination dept.

Ask them if they will seal the envelope in front of you or by themselves. If they'll seal it in front of you, ask them to include the WES transcript request form and if not, give a filled up form to them with your application for transcripts and ask them to include. Ensure the seal and signatures are there at the back of your envelope.

Then post the sealed envelope as it is, undamaged, as i mentioned earlier

TRF is not required if you are sending the documents.

StAnger is right. It's optional and its written on WES's website as well. But, its always good to include
