ECA pending for spouse. Can I file for express Entry?

I am the primary applicant and my husband will be dependent. My ECA has come but his is pending for some more documentation. Can i go ahead and apply for express entry?

If you're claimng points for your husband's ECA, it's best you wait.

If you are going to be the primary applicant, you should go ahead and create your Express entry profile. You can update you spouse's results once you have them.

Also, Cut off score is coming down with every draw nowadays. So you never know, you get ITA without your spouse's ECA report.
