It has been 6 months my status is showing on hold. has anyone completed their evaluation from Netaji Subhas Open University, Kolkata? Whenever I contact WES they reply that they have sent an email to the University and whenever I call my University they say they have not received any email or hard copy related to this. I am feeling helpless and frustrated. Can anyone help me please.

@canuck78 I have not thought about trying IQAS yet. I just want to know is there any solution to my problem first? What will WES do if they do not get any reply from the University? Do they take any more steps? If there is a problem with the communication between University and WES what can be done? Please guide me. If they cannot do my evaluation can WES return the money paid to them? I have to think about something. It is really frustrating.

You’ll have to contact WES. Without getting more information WES can’t evaluate. Sometimes other instituations already have evaluated school and program or gives a more favourable evaluation. If you need the points you needs the evaluation. It seems to be that it is your original school that is the actual problem.

WES is very bad. Only reason people do it is because it is the cheapest. I went with BCIT-ICESDo WES take any further step for these cases or they just keep the status as it is (Hold)?

Depends how much you have invested. I only got my highest degree evaluated by BCIT, and it was quick, like in 3 weeks all clear. I have my PR already.Can I escalate this matter to anyone?
