My brother is a lawyer in India. He is planning to apply under EE. For this he needs ECA. But we are not sure how to do it:
He did M.A. then L.LB. in india.
Should we send all if his degrees to icas or wes for assessment? What will be possible outcome? Will they consider it equavalent to masters or professional degree granting 135 points or something else.
One thing we know is to start practising as lawyer he will need to get a license in canada. That we will do later. Right now we just need to get his degrees assess. So which one must be sent.
