Hi everyone! Please help! So ive sent my certificate-its a 2 year post secondary master program- to Canada to be assessed, i got an email a few days ago from them saying that they need a legible copy and that the one they have is not too clear. The original degree was kept by Brittish Immigration in 2012 when I applied for a spousal visa with my ex husband, and the institution I studied at has since closed down and their office wont issue a new one- they say its against the law in their country(??) - ive sent the copy to a graphic designer friend and they cant do much or it will look like a forgery. Im panicking and cant come up with any solutions. The copy is missing a few lines that were actually engraved on the original_ but not my name or anything. Any advice??

that's why you should never give the originals to anyone. reissuing an original is impossible everywhere. is there any chance you can receive it from british immigration? i wouldn't recommend photoshop as you will have to upload that same image. usually institutions issue a duplicate, a notarized copy, not another original. didn't they suggest that?Hi everyone! It was a huge mistake on my part to send in the originals, and ive tried reaching them but it didnt work. Ill try the notarised copy option though. Do you think if i get them to make a new certificate but not notarised or anything, just fir reference for the eca people that would work?
it should. doesn't have to be notarized in the sense but stamped by the university as a true copy (not sure what the exact expression is) i mean a lot of people lose their originals sometimes for example in a house fire or something. so it should work. you're going to need it as well when you have to submit your application post ITA so might as well try that option.It was a huge mistake on my part to send in the originals, and ive tried reaching them but it didnt work. I did my BBA from distance E learning school, which is not recognized University, it's from autonomous distance learning. I also did MBA from recognized University. I have gathered the transcript for BBA and MBA and now planning to send it to IQAS, do I need to fill the academic request form or just put the both transcript to one big envelop and send to the IQAS address.
