ECA is mandatory for all the degree and Diploma certificates

Anyone.. could you please help me with the below concern.

I have done Two years of Diploma course and I have completed my 3 years of Bachelors degree. so this case I need only to complete my Bachelors degree ECA since it is my highest degree..?

Please suggest. -

You get the ECA for both the degrees.
In my case, I paid WES for Evaluation and sent all my degrees bachelor's and master's and WES evaluated them all in one go. I didn't need pay anything extra for multiple degrees.

But in my case I have already done for the Bachelor degree and I did not do for my Diploma, which is prior to my Bachelor degree.

You are only meant to evaluate your highest degree to get points except you are claiming points for two or more degrees then you should send in two
