ECA Information: All degrees or only highest degree?

Hi All,
I have the following education:
High School
BEng in Mechanical Engineering
MSc in Mechanical Engineering

My question is, should I do a Education credential assessment (ECA) for all degrees (including high school) or just the highest degree. Will I get more points if I do it for all three degrees? Can anyone share their experience? Thanks
