ECA from WES!!! Urgent!!! Help!!!

hi,
While applying for an ECA from WES,what are the exact documents required???
Pls help

Is it the official transcript or transcript of marks that need to be send ( both issued in sealed envelope from university)?

Does the degree certificate need to be attested by university registrar/ anyone else?

Academic transcript request form ( downloaded from WES site), do we need to get the university official’s signature in it and send it along with the other documents? Is it mandatory??

Urgent pls help!!!!

Official transcripts and a copy(preferably colored) of Degree Certificate (no need to attest it). The transcripts will have the detailed marks sheet.
