ECA from WES for Wife

Hi,
i am getting my wife's eca done from wes. before proceeding just wanted to know.
1. Her name on Marksheet is before marriage one, should i use the same name while submitting the profile.
2. Also i have changed her name after marriage so what all documents i need to send?
3. which name would be finally displayed on Evaluation report?

1. You should use her current name. And attach details for the name change such as marriage certificate.
During the whole process you will always use her current name and attach documentation for name change.
