Mate, whatever it is, without delay get the ECA done ASAP. Most ppl are expecting that the cut-off score will plummet. Thanks for your response. Only things that bars me from sending my bachelor's degree is that it is a 2 yrs bachelor's. Had it been a 4 yrs degree, I wouldn't hv given 2nd thought about doing so. Sending both degrees would make it evident that I hv 16 yrs education and chances of getting master's equivalence might diminish.
With Master's degree and good IELTS, I can score between 456-460.
I have two options for the NOC, 0124 or 1123 (marketing professionals)
As you know, very less IELTS slots have opened up and even lesser candidates can write exam and also, as pencil based IELTS is not happening (most candidates get high score by this mode), lesser and lesser candidates would be able to get into the pool.
Plus ECA organization (CES, WES, ICES, IQAS) staff are working from home and they do not have access to files that come to their office until September or Oct. So when they come back to work, they will first have a hard time sorting files that come to their offices and there will undoubtedly be higher delays in getting ECA done.
Yes, as you said, if it is a 2 years bachelor degree, you will mostly not get Master's equivalency.
You can try this, send your Master's transcript to IQAS (they are more lenient in awarding Master's equivalency) and send your bachelor's degree to WES.
By the way, is your IELTS done?
