Mariaz2020 is right, WES does not charge you for all your credentials, they do the assessment of all of them and give you ONE equivalency. From what Mariaz2020 is saying, I doubt any ECA organization would give them Masters equivalency. Three year BSc is not something you see often on the Western hemisphere, but it is very common elsewhere.
Also, historically, per posts on this very same thread, you can see that many people have done 3+2 programs, totaling 5 years, and CES gives most of them (not all) 4 year Bachelor + 1 year PG diploma. From all the posts I have read, I find that it is kind of hard to obtain Masters equivalency with one year Masters programs or having done a bachelor program of less than 4 years.
