18 weeks for electronic applications. They are probably processing March end applications right now.

Thats is an awful lot of time, considering they are working at full capacity.

I have got reply from ces stating they are finalizing january 2021 applications.my application reached them on 9march and everything is processing normally.It takes 25-30 weeks from application received date.
So with that logic my application has completed 22 weeks since 9th march and i have another month or so .it might also take longer.

They surprised my last week because within 3 days they confirmed the documents I sent and the ones that the university sent.

My university has sent them documents through registered mail on October - 21. They took 5 Months to acknowledge the mail.
Now again, more than 4 months passed but no update.

You should have also used the digital option aswell.

Send them an email and demand information regarding your case. Four months is too long without an update.

I got an email in June 2021 from CES saying "We have now received all required institutional documents, and they are accepted for review. As your application moves forward through the processing stages .......No further action is required from you at this time. In this situation how much more time I may need for the final result and do I need to contact my university to know whether they got verification mail?

No, you don't need to contact your university. CES will do that from their end, and if they require anything they will reach out to you over an email for that. You should expect your ECA report sometime in October

You should drop them a mail now asking for an update. For physical documents, the timeline is 25-30 weeks and I guess yours is past that
