Thanks for your answer. I have sent the transcripts, and as I know they’re in Canada since 29th of November. So, probably I should contact CES.

If I remember correctly this does not mean that an electronic copy would be sent to you. When I talked to them, they told me that to get an electronic copy form you must send them an email with your request so that they can give you the next steps to follow. Hope this helps.
Hi all,
Please help,my immigration agent submitted my incomplete CES ECA form.They didnot uploaded "back side" of my degree and marksheets.They also selected "NO" for my name change,which actually got changed after my marriage.
So,they didnot attached any proof like "Marriage certificate" during online ECA CES application submission.
My university will be sending transcripts courier to CES directly in a sealed envelope in some days.
Is there any option to rectify or edit my already submitted online CES ECA form so that we can select "YES" for name change and upload proof of Marriage certificate,back side of my degree and marksheets in my application now.
Is there any way out of this issue..Please suggest..

But of course! Just send them an email at learn@utoronto.ca, give them your information (Name, Student #, etc) and explain your situation. They will get back to you (probably after January 5th, because of their break) and let you know the next steps you should follow. There is an "additional documents" form that they'll probably direct you to.

Even I was waiting to contact them after Jan 6th,but was not sure whether they will reply and will take this as a genuine case.
Additional document form could be helpful if it is applicable in my case..Thanks again for valubale suggestion.
Hello, I am in the same boat as you. Mine was Submitted Nov 1, 2019 and transcript was received on Nov 14. Initial review shows still in progress and transcripts are received state.

Need your input . I have both Bachelor and M.SC degree. In CES online application form I gave details of both but only uploaded docs related to Masters degree of which I need assessment. So I have requested only Masters Transcripts to be sended to CES for evaluation and its currently in transit. I am getting worried that did I made mistake of getting only Masters evaluated by not sending my Bachelors degree?. I am hoping my MSC would be considered Masters Equivalent only but what if that does not work. What would be the outcome of not getting Bachelor evaluated?

As per my information,you have to select "YES" in case you have done Bachelor's and you hold your Bachelor's degree.
Please confirm from other group members aswell!!
