ECA from iqas

I have applied fro ECA from iqas, online application submitted on 11/10/2018 , now can I send my application and photocopies of educational documents alongwith transcripts or just send application and edu. docs. rest university will do, send transcripts directly to iqas. Plz guide me

Either you or university can send transcripts to IQAS.
