I would like to get Educational Credential Assessment done and would like to know if Anna University, Chennai, India would mail the documents in a sealed envelope themselves? Can someone who has done this already help provide some context here?

When contacted the University said that they will issue the transcript in an official envelope and i will have to post it.
Did they say the same to you? How did you send yours? Did WES accept your transcript? Did you get your ECA done?
