Hello, I am going through the same issue, have to get my Xavier Institute of Communications diploma from 2015 evaluated along with my Bachelors degree from University of Delhi for ECA. Any luck on which agency considers the XIC diploma?

Hi, I understand IQAS might be the way to go. I am a former XIC student and wanted to understand the ECA procedure. Do I have to contact the institute and pay them to mail my documents like other institutes? I would be grateful if anyone who has done this can elaborate on how to go about the whole process.
