I have scanned the request form and emailed it to ACCA. They have sent the documents within 4 working days via standard mail. I think it took around 10 working days to reach WES.

Hi all,

I have just received a notification that my evaluation is ready (around 9 working days after receiving all the documents).

Results

ACCA- 3 years Canadian Bachelor's degree equivalent
OBU- 4 years Canadian Bachelor's degree equivalent

I think I can get 22 points for this.

Finally someone who has discussed ACCA. I am an ACCA affiliate and I didn't apply for the OBU. I however sent over my ACCA affiliate forms to WES. WES has received and accepted them, however they are still awaiting confirmation from ACCA which an ACCA official informed me has been posted on 13.8.2014. I will let you guys know the update then.

Just wanted to ask that i obtained the bsc hons from oxford brookes university,will the wes give me a positive ECA result

if i send my degree and how many points i could get...I have not completed my acca yet..

I have emailed the the scan copy of the academic request form and the did the rest but bear in mind ACCA will only send by standard post since they do not charge us anything (This should be part of the ACCA subscription we are paying them)

OBU Degree is equivalent to 4 years Canadian Degree and you should get 21 points for this

I did my olevels and alevels.Do i need to send these certificates with my obu degree or obu degree alone would be fine?

Do i also need to send my exam status result of acca of how many i have passed?

Bearing in mind i am not from uk...your response will be appreciated..

I have just send my OBU and ACCA (no other documents for verification)

I think in your case OBU should be sufficient (Since you are still doing your ACCA- you might not get evaluated on this). Again this is depends on the country.

Can u pls tell me how u sent your olevel certificates to WES? Did u get them verified/attested or not..? From british council? Or did u have to make an equivalence from board of higher secondary education?

Hi,

If you are an ACCA affiliate or member then do send the ACCA certificates as well for a 4 years bachelor equivalency in addition to the OBU degree. You should get two 4 years bachelors equivalency.

I am sure that your transcripts and degree do not mention that you have been a private / external student. Don't worry about this issue and go on.

Actually it is clearly mention on transcript that "marks certificate for external candidate", should I try to get it assessed from WES?
