ECA FOR DEGREE FROM COLLEGE AFFILIATED TO FOREIGN UNIVERSITY

Dear Sir,

I had done M.Sc in Clinical Research from Indian Clinical Research Institute, Dehradun, India at the time of my admission, for this course my college had collaboration with Medical University of South Carolina, USA.

First year study was done under ICRI and second year was under MUSC through distance mode in ICRI campus only, degree was issued by MUSC.

Now each of them have issued me transcript for their respective years. Please answer following quaries for ECA from WES canada.
1. My country of education will be USA , as degree is from USA.
2. How to present my case to WES.
3. If I send both transcript, will they evaluate my degree.
