ECA for an Indian Diploma through WES

Hi All,

Please note that i have done 10+3 diploma from an Indian state board of technical education(Tamil Nadu)

Please tell me the step by step procedure for ECA from WES Canada??

I have an open work permit till march 2017 and i have a positive lmia means a valid job offer....I made my profile and recieved an invitation to apply...do I need to convert my open work permit to closed before submitting my profile? I would pleased if someone can help
