ECA for a refrigeration mechanic

My partner and I are are looking into applying for Canadian permanent residency visa. My partner will be the primary applicant. He is a Refrigeration mechanic and obtained an Advanced diploma in engineering technology at TAFE (Australian Technical and Further Education) institute in Melbourne, Australia.

We require the ECA however I'm not sure if any of the organisations listed evaluates trade. Even though he is in the refrigeration trade he has an advanced diploma in engineering technology. I'm not sure if this makes a difference.

Kindly let me know if you come up with any solution for this. I am dealing with same question . I am carpenter in Perth. Obtained certificate 3 in carpentry. Not sure they assess trade. I will let you know
