Hi I would like to plan to do Eca in IQAS , have anyone here to help me, I have a master's from VTU, for express entry do I need to evaluate both masters and bachelors or my masters only?

Its always better to get both the degrees asessed simultaneously. Technically, you only need highest qualification evaluated at present but you may need bachelors evaluation in future for getting some job related license. So, get both degrees evaluated as the time taken will almost be same.
