ECA evaluation needed if Highest Education from Canada?

I am Akhil Sharma , a foreign national on a Post Graduate Work Permit currently working in Ontario.

I finished Masters in Engineering from CONCORDIA University from Quebec. I have settled in Ontario and am interested to apply under Express Entry Canada Experience Class program.

I have few inquiries:

Do I need to have an ECA ( Educational Credentials Assessment) of my Bachelors that I did from India even though my Masters is from Canada?

If I do ECA of my Bachelors , will I be awarded additional points? Or will I just be awarded points for my Masters in Canada?

You do not need ECA as your highest degree is inland and not foreign country
