ECA documents requirement

Hi,

I have a PhD from US and Bachelor of Engineering from India.

For ECA, do I need to submit BE sealed transcripts from university in India? It can be a big hassle to do it.

Since my final degree is from US, can I just submit sealed transcript from US university?

Absolutely. You'll get max points for education.
Just have only your PhD assessed. No need for Bachelor. So just send PhD transcripts.

Highest degree is enough (Scroll down to "Which credentials to get assessed"):

Only Transcript is needed for a PhD from the United States (Select "USA" and "Higher Education"):
