ECA documents Requirement

Hello everyone,

Do I need to send 10th & 12th marksheets or only graduation, degree & diploma transcripts are required for ECA report from WES?

Also does anyone know the procedure to obtain transcripts from the below mentioned universities?

1.HNB Garhwal University- GBP Engg College, Pauri, Garhwal. This university is listed in the autonomous list of government institutions but the name of the college is not mentioned. Does it matter.

2. Indian Institute of Banking & Finance Mumbai

3. University of Delhi- School of Correspondence Courses

4. CMC Limited Its a JV of Tata Sons & Govt of India

If anyone has any information regarding the above then, please help.

You should check the list of required documents at the WES website

At the website for Indians it is mentioned under the university education,
1. Final or Provisional Degree Certificate
Examples: Bachelor Degree, Master Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Doctorate
AND
Forward a legible copy of the document to WES.

2. Annual Statement of Marks / Academic Transcript
An official document issued by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations (e.g. university, constituent or autonomous college). It lists all subjects/papers taken and marks earned for each year of study.

NOTES:
WES does not accept mark sheets that have been issued and/or attested by the college
