ECA Document name Change

Hi
Do anybody know how to apply for name change in ECA-WES
actually my last name was printed wrongly Balassubramanian instead of Balasubramanian ,Can anybody help me on his,Is this really necessary to change the name correction,We have to upload ECA document there in VISA tool

How did the incorrect name appeared on the WES report? Did you enter incorrect name in WES or WES by mistake entered it incorrectly? You will need to email WES support and/or call them and get a new report with correct name spelling. Note that there might be additional cost for this.

Name spelling is very crucial and Balassubramanian is not same as Balasubramanian. They are two different individuals for outside world when they compare your identification document (like passport etc) with incorrect name. So please get corrected report

Thank you for the reply. when i was filling the initial form i might have misspelled it,i mailed them they are not picking any calls

When entering the name in WES, there is a caution statement to make sure the name is spelled correctly. Anyway, they will reply to email but it takes time and their call centre is crap - very difficult to get through. You just will have to get the spelling corrected. All the best
