Try professional courier or UPS & both are reliable for sending the documents. myself used the services of both from bangalore. Professional courier will charge you around 1800 bucks & delivery time 07 business days + UPS around 2700 bucks including schedule pick up & delivery time 03 business days.

I sent it via Blue dart from Bangalore - they charged 3500 approx.. 3 -4 days to deliver. I felt its too costly , please try others.
There is no point in sending your documents via the speed courier as your college transcripts will be sent by Indian post which will take around 1 month time. Happened with me. i sent my documents via DHL and they got delivered after 2 days but my college transcripts delivered after a whole month. WES doesn't start processing before the transcripts so turns out the 2700 bucks I spent on fast delivery was waste.
I would have sent it via the Indian post or any other moderate speed courier for 500-1000 INR.

I enquired with DHL courier service. They told it will be charged INR 1390. Delivery will be with in 3 working days. Best part is they have the doorstep service as well.

used DHL two times 3000 approx delivered in 4 days.. if you need documents to be delivered fast and trouble free , go with DHL , UPS or similar.. if the package faces any delay , you can call DHL and verify..
Go for DHL.. education docs 1390.. delivery in 3 days..i did last week.. India post is taking a week's time within India..
I contacted DHL in bangalpore, i mentioned it's educational documents to be sent to WES, the moment i mentioned WES, he said the fee is Rs. 2700. Blue dart is charging 3600 for the same, approx 2 days for delivery.
Then I finally chose professional courier, they charged me Rs.1450, Booked on 3rd Oct, shipment received by WES by 6th Oct, amazing speed. Learnt one more info, that professional courier have tie up with UPS. coz the package delivered to WES by UPS only. That's strange. I sent via DHL, they charged me approx Rs.1400 and delivered the shipment in 2 days.
Very Reliable service.Cost effective also.You can track it online.4/5 working days. Dont waste money on DHL or Professional.
