ECA confusion

I got the digital ECA from CES today. I have a 3 years Bsc and a 2 years Msc. But the ECA report says 4 years bachelors. Is there anyone with a similar experience who can tell me what can be done regarding this? Is it a good idea to try and get a new ECA from somewhere else? WES or ICAS?
Which Degree was it? Was it MA/MCom/MSc?try ICES, got my wife's degree from india evaluated as masters. its costly (200$) but they are very professional and efficient.
You can get it from other ECA agencies. WES wont give it as Masters for sure. ICAS i don't know. IQAS will give it as Masters but it takes nearly 6 months for their evaluation. You can still claim points 2 or more Bachelors degree...
Sorry for late reply as I login rarely these days. I got it evaluated as Masters from IQAS finally. It took 4 months, but eventually got it, and got the ITA based on that as wellDid you get it evaluated as masters from ICES?

+ pg diploma in hypnotherapy. Should i go for eca for MA degree only or should i include my pgdip certificate too ?? And which one would be better iqas or wes?
